Our Services

Autism Assessments

An Autism assessment is an intensive testing regimen that dedicates approximately 12 to 14 hours of the clinician's time for your case. This encompasses not just 3 to 4 hours of direct testing with the patient, but an additional 8 to 10 hours of interviewing, scoring, research, integrating any previous medical and behavioral reports, and preparing an exhaustive and detailed report that provides clinical diagnoses but also recommendations for both the home and school which is tailored specifically for the patient and their family.

Our standard rate for Autism Assessments is $2800

ADHD Assessments

An ADHD assessment can provide the diagnostic evidence for a child or an adult to receive accommodations in a school or workplace setting.  It may also be required by your physician to prescribe therapies to improve attention. In a school setting, since Dr. Larery is also a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP), the report is tailored to the requirements of public school systems in Texas (which are governed by Texas Educational Agency). Please note that, unlike public schools, private schools are not required by law to provide accommodations.

Our standard rate for an ADHD assessment is $1000

Behavioral  & Learning Disability Assessments

Behavioral  Assessments, and Learning Disability  Assessments are, by far, the most time intensive and complex assessments we provide. These assessments involve soliciting input from numerous individuals, such as school teachers and counselors, family members, physicians, and other mental health professionals. They require extensive background history and reviews of medical, psychological, and/or educational reports, as well as hours of direct one-on-one testing with the patient.  The reports are extensive and detailed and provide numerous diagnostic recommendations for the patient and their loved ones. Our clinicians dedicate  a minimum of 14 hours for each assessment.

Our standard rate for Behavioral Assessments, or Learning Disability Assessments is $3500

Other Assessments We Provide

Achievement and IQ

Achievement and IQ testing is often given within the context of other assessments such as learning disabilities or ADHD, however these tests can be given as a separate set of tests, particularly in the case where other tests have been given and the client wishes to 'add' these tests to a previous assessment that didn't include them

Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE)

An IEE is an assessment where the parent and the school district disagree on the results of the school's assessment of the child. While these assessments are paid for by the school district and we act as an independent assessor of the child's functioning. In these assessments our client is the child; not the parent, not the school district. Our report is detailed and it exhaustively assesses the child's functioning within the school environment.
